Leveraging OEM data to accelerate a global project

A global manufacturing company had to consolidate spare parts data from over 30 manufacturing facilities worldwide as part of a major SAP upgrade. Masterpiece was used to upload key OEM spares information, match hundreds of thousands of lines of legacy data to the OEM standard and present the clean output back to a single materials master database. Ongoing parts data management, including supersession and obsolescence, is now controlled centrally, significantly reducing local site overhead and improving data quality.
